From Blog short code Style

Hi, HB-themes team
my name is Mohamed. i have purchased your Aegaeus WP Theme a year ago and since that time was using it for an Arabic website (http://ahluhadithcenter.org/)
as you can see, i have used the short code “from blog” in the home page to have my latest blog posts on it.
how ever, i wanted to have a different view like the one shown in the attachment (a snapshot from an other website)
i was also wondering if i can increase the number of blog posts per page, it seems that the maximum number is 3 now.

would you kindly help me on those two issues.
