    Hello. I purchased your theme Highend from BlueHost/Mojo Marketplace with it
    advertising “Purchase Highend today and get free theme installation.
    Save additional $148. We are offering FREE theme installation + demo
    content import for all customers.” I have yet to find where I can
    redeem this offer. I am hoping someone here can assist me with this as well as the construction page I chose while my site is being configured. Thank you.
