formatting all glitchy

Hello

I just bought your theme. I spent hours customizing my colours.
However the options are not working.

Even after my settings in Highend options indicate purple/yellow/pink colour schemes My page titles come up as ugly white and black!

Also I have the option set for the pre-callout footer to be on every page but it’s not showing up on my page…..

Please help. I have a product launch this week and I need our site complete.
