Form appears incomplete

    The forms of plugin Paid Member Subscriptions looks ok with Theme Twenty TwentyThree, but with HighEnd Theme there are two issues:

    Issue 1:
    The titles of memberships appear incomplete.
    The first two letters are missing.
    Please compare attached images (1 not ok vs. 1 ok)

    Issue 2:
    On the Billing Details section, with HighEnd theme, the NAMES of the fields are not appearing.
    Please compare attached images (2 not ok vs. 2 ok)
