Footer Widget not working – Please help

Hello,

I am not able to change the footer in widgets.
I am on 7.3 and 7.4 php.
I checked for errors and found none. I had the hosting company do the same and found none.
All plugins are up to date.
I checked tools site health and this is what I found

When I goto to appearance and then widgets I get these comments.
