Footer not clickable

Hi!
I sent a message to JetPack letting them know that my footer elements were not clickable in Firefox and Safari (not sure about Windows/Android browsers but I am worried it’s a problem there as well) whenever their plugin was activated. (It works fine in Chrome.)

I am attaching their response that mentions it is due to the z-index and body of the website.

What can I do?
