FOOTER ISSUES

HI! Is the footer widget OK? I´m having some problems with it (image attached).
1. It´s a mess when the “Footer column separator” is ON. If I have 3 columns, footer 1 and 3 disappear and footer 2 goes all the way up!!…….
2. When it´s OFF. Footer 1 and 3 appear. But the 3 of them go all the way up!!!……
3. How do I control the height of this footer? I so big!
