Footer columns 2-4 stacking into column 1

Hello,
The footer seems to be thus:
The footer layout is set to 4 columns
The footer widgets 2-4 do not display correctly. They are stacked in a row and they are sitting at the bottom of column 1. This occurred after I updated to the latest theme update.
website is still under construction and is not live yet. http://box2095.temp.domains/~longboc4/

Can you make footer 2-4 display in footer columns 2-4 instead?
