Footer 1-4 content is all under footer 1, will not respond.

I am using the High End Theme. The footer content was working fine as I was adjusting widget content around after settling on a two column set up using sections Footer 1 and Footer 2.

Suddenly, I noticed ALL content loads into footer 1. Even when setting to the 4 column set up, all four sections content loads into footer 1 online.

Spent hours one phone with hosting and also paid online chat. Finally came to conclusion that contacting the developer is the only option which led me here.
