Fix top bar color and Menu height

Hi there,

I was able to re-add the top bar to my site after the most recent updates. However, it’s not showing in the colors that are defined (on the Customize page). Can you please help me resolve this? It’s showing a white background (should be a shade of purple) with white font (that color is correct).

Also, the background color of the menu across the top of the page doesn’t extend low enough below the menu items (I’d like a few pixels of clearance below the “Contact Us” button).

Can you please provide guidance/help for fixing both of these? Site is dialedindata.com
