Fix the Feature Image Size

    Hello.
    I want to fix the size of feature image shows in my website-home.
    For now, it showss the original picture size which looks much too uncomfortable..
    I don’t want to distort the size of image, I just want to show the part of picture in the Fixed Frame.

    How can I do this?
