First menu button/icon is streached/duplicated

Hey everyone,

I am new hear and new to wordpress so please excuse my ignorance. I am not sure what happened but I logged in and changed the theme color of the aegaeus theme and somehow after saving, the first menu button seems to be stretched/duplicated.

I tried going through the settings and re-did the menu and tried moving the buttons around but the first button always duplicates like that.

Any info or help would be greatly appreciated.
