Feature request: Checkout for better UX

Hi,

This is topic that is suggested for feature request:

Can you please share with me how to change your theme to change the order of checkout page?

Like it is now:

1. Billing info (http://screencast.com/t/bSZKcEAO5YGl)
2. Order details + shipping (http://screencast.com/t/KwkhJGhV)

I would like to make only a minor change to have:

1. Billing info
2. Shipping info
3. Order details

So I would only like to swipe those two around to have cleaner interface on checkout. Also, your shipping doesn’t have any heading like billing (H4), so I would put that also in.

Like it is now is very unclear.

Hopefully you can help me with code changes.

ps. Does it make sense to you? Maybe that would be something to update in Highend 4.0?
