Favicon is different on home page than others

Hi,

I updated my favicon logo and replaced it with a new one. However, the new logo favicon doesn’t show on the home page on the iPhone or iPad. The old one still shows. The new favicon shows on other pages. Also, when I save the page as favorites on the iPhone the new favicon shows. Any reason why and how do I fix it?
