FAQ PAGE FORMAT

Hello, I would like to change a few things about how my FAQ page appears. Have looked all over and can’t seem to find where to make the adjustment.

~ It has a funny icon to the left to click on to read the entire answer. Is there a way to remove that and have a clickable text that reads “see more”, “see less” instead?

~ I don’t like that it shows the date that the question/answer was created. Is there a way I can remove that from the visitor’s view?
