Facing connection error

Hi,

Anytime I refresh a page I receive the following error on the left hand corner of the page:

“Connection error! Please try again…”

It does not affect the display to the best of my knowledge and only shows in the back-end. Could this be as a result of license? I did not see a place to activate my license. Could you please let me know in the case that is the issue?
