Extra White space between items in a Row

Wondering if someone could glance at http://64.17.2.243/ and tell me how to best get rid of the small amount of white space between the Lightbox at top and the Essential Grid just beneath it? Would rather they be butted right up against each other like in your Demos.

I’m sure it’s a matter of making something important or something in CSS, but I’m not sure why that extra space is there.

I’d also love to lose the extra padding after the Client logos at the bottom above the Pre-Footer. I don’t have any extra intentional padding but my layouts always seem “looser” than those in the demos for some reason and I’m never sure where/how to get rid of it.
