Essential Grid Not Working After Update

Our site used Highend Theme and Essential Grid. After the most recent updates of Theme and Essential Grid, all of our Essential Grids stopped working properly. Some using the sort function display incorrect information about the alphabetic categories, and when additional pages are added give a “Request Not Verified” error, as in https://grownbyyou.com/vegetables In the example screenshot, you see a EssGrid header (with different alpha-key sort headers) after selecting one of the items.

Others—hundreds of our pages—show no essential grid at all, as though the short-code was missing, even though our pages have not changed. In the second screenshot example, you see a “Related” header. There is supposed to be a display EssGrid below that, and the code is in the page file correctly, but nothing is being displayed.

We have spent months of time and thousands of dollars repeatedly getting Essential Grid to operate properly after updates like this over the past years: Review our file for background. We literally got them working properly again just in January after having them down for several months, and here we are again.
