Error occur when import template slider revolution

Dear HB Theme,

Our website is currently unable to import the slider revolution template. It shows the following error:

What we did:
-Reinstalled slider plugin.
-Clear Cache; web browser and wordpress.
-Tested with various browsers and mobile gadgets.
-Changed the theme and tried to import.

All of this action produce the no-go result. Therefore, we contacted our hosting provider. They claimed they found out that. It seems it might be an issue with script and PHP
conflations. The error is [Wed Aug 23 05:34:30 2017] [error] [client 42.60.29.251] Handler for application/x-httpdphp56
returned invalid result code 70008, referer: https://www.skymemberpresents.com/wp-admin/admin.php?
page=revslider eigsh@wizard2 >

This is what the hosting provider told us:

The error above is indicating it is not working with php version 5.6. This
is why I ask if you know so we can test the recommended version of PHP for your site.

In this case reaching out to the plugin and theme designers to see what is the best version for
their scripts. We can then try that version of PHP, At the moment it is not hitting any server limit or resource caps.
The error is with in the sites scripts.

We might need to down or upgrade the php settings for your site and its
directories accordingly. Example if you have a plugin using 5.6 and the site is best off on 7.0 we can set the right
folders for you but we just need to know the version of PHP needed.

They recommended us to check with you guys what is the recommended PHP for the theme and plugin. All the while we can import the template, but suddenly it stopped working. Can HB theme support help us in this?

PS: The plugin is workable, we able to duplicate the existing template and use them.
