error message

    I built a site on my server for a client. when i migrated the site to his server an error message appeared at the top of the page.

    Warning: Zend OPcache API is restricted by “restrict_api” configuration directive in /srv/users/ernestocervini/apps/ernestocervini-com/public/wp-content/themes/HighendWP/functions/dynamic-styles.php on line 729

    I have contacted support 4 times over the past 2 weeks! still no response!!
