Error in the settings part of posts and pages

As you can see in the image below (inside the marked red circles), the options in the settings part are not displayed completely. How am I supposed to do know what each option is? A mouse-hover doesn’t display it in full either. I don’t get it. Why can’t things just work as promised when I pay the money for it?
