Enable Top Header (again)

Hello,

I’m not sure why the top header isn’t showing on my site – dialedindata.com

A member of the support team did something to make it show a couple of months ago (see this thread: https://hb-themes.com/forum/all/topic/enable-top-header/), but that fix is no longer working.

It would be helpful if you’d explain the fix this time around. I may have “undone” it myself accidentally at some point.
