Editing post preview

    Hi there,

    I do not like the default post preview (see 1.png attached). I much prefer this other post preview design (see 2.png attached).

    Is there anyway to change the default post preview? Or can you direct me to which file in the theme to edit? Or perhaps a plugin I can download to change it?
