edit portfolio item page

Hello, I’m using Highend v3.6.3, together with WordPress v5.3.2.

I’d like to be able to edit the layout of the default portfolio individual items page (not the page that displays the groupings of portfolio items).

I know that I have the built in options available to me at Highend Options / Portfolio Settings, but those are not sufficient for what I’m trying to do. As an example (there are others), the option there for Content Layout provides a choice of “Split”, but the column layout of that option is not to my liking (the featured image takes up most of the horizontal space, and the text is squeezed over to the right).
