Edit page title font color HELP!

I am trying to change the color of the title on this page to a hex color code instead of “dark” which is simple black: https://www.councilforthehomeless.org/need-shelter-or-housing/

Eventually we will build out all the site titles like this in highend settings but for now, I have this title only on this particular page. It is set to custom, background color is white and the font is “dark”. I already found code to edit the size of the title…but I can not for the life of me figure out code to change it to this hex code: #473058
