Dummy Posts Page Has Date as Title

I created a static home page for my website, but instead of making a 2nd page for my posts I created a sidebar for posts. Now my website is displaying on the internet what I believe is a “dummy posts page” with the date of my last post (Sep) as the title (see screenshot). If you click on the “Sep” link it actually takes you to the (static) homepage of my website, http://www.buzzworthytattoo.com. I would like this page to be fixed by either not displaying on the internet or to display on the internet with the same title as my website, “Buzzworthy Tattoo History.”
