Download links for plugins

    I keep getting “Fail to install <plugin>” for every plugin that I try to install (required, optional, or other). I found a download link to one of the plugins and was able to manually install.

    Do you have a page with links to the other plugins? I can’t get HighEnd to work without them installed.
