double load on page speed

Hello Branko, hope all is well. I set up max cdn. they did an amazing job of speeding up my site. they stated a long first double load. we discussed hosting before. is the first load being slow in your opinion due to hosting? Max felt it was. http://irontrainer.co
i have a lot going on on my home page. i was fearful of putting video in background on homepage due to speed.
