Does Single Domain License come with Lifetime Updates?

Hi, I’m using the Highend WP Theme very well so l would like to recommend it to a friend, but is it correct that purchasing a ‘Single-Domain License’ comes with ‘Lifetime Updates’ even if you don’t renew the theme support? According to the description on MOJO Marketplace, the above seems to be correct, but the ‘Theme Support’ fee is charged annually upon purchase, which seems to be a right to use the ‘Support Forum’. This may not be the right place to ask this, but I honestly didn’t know where else to ask, so I’m asking here. Thank you.
