Difficulty changing features on home page

To Whom it may concern,
I have Highend as my theme. I/we have tried everything we can think of to change a few things at the top of my homepage (besalonsavvy.com) When in “pages” edit, it gives access at about 1/2 way down the page. I’m unable to see anything about the top portion of the home page. Such as, change the photo, update the top bar (phone number, email) or adjust the button link. This is very important because it is the first thing people see. Also, unable to change the photo on my “about me” page. Please advise. Thank you in advance.
