Devine Theme – Top Menu Links Don't Work Correctly

I have the Devine theme.

From the home page if you click on a menu in the footer, it will take you to the correct page. Once there, if you click on another menu other than the one you are on, it will just take you to the home page.

I can’t see where to edit that part.
