Demo Theme Import Issues

I was able to successfully upload/import the Highend Theme xml and install all the required plugins, however when I try to import the Photography demo theme I have two issues:
First, when I go to Appearance/Menus and Manage Locations, the Main, Footer, Mobile, and One Page, menus only show Main Menu as the available location, so I’m unable to assign each one to the correct location (per the Highend Documentation).
Two, when I imported the demo theme, I get Failed to Import on the image files, ex: “Failed to import “What a Cozy Place”: Invalid post type essential_grid”.
I get the “All Done: Have Fun” message, but with the “Failed…” errors.
Can you assist me with getting the photography demo theme imported?
