Demo still won’t import

I have done everything suggested in your Troubleshooting section for Importing Demos but I am still unable to import the Highend Main Demo theme. It says the Import Failed because it timed out. I had Bluehost increase PHP levels as well but nothing changed. Would you please help me get this imported? I need my website up asap and this is a huge roadblock..
