Demo Importer Freezing

I have the same issue as previous topic poster Baunfire. I have tried to import both the full and the light demo and nothing seems to happen. I left it importing overnight, and nothing. so i restarted my computer, cleared my cache and cookies and reset wordpress. Went to the HighEnd options page to Install full demo…. over an hour later and still have nothing. I repeated this for the light demo and no reload of the screen as it says it will do. No movement at all. i trolled through countless forums and advice to solve the issue and nothing.
I have received the error as ‘The connection was reset’. I have checked the error log for the website and it’s showing the below error.
