Demo Import failing; host provider support said Stylesheet is missing

Demo Import kept failing, so I tried to do a manual demo import. According to documentation, I reset my WordPress database and installed WordPress Installer and navigated to reimport my Highend. It says to find the highend.xml.gz file but I don’t have one ending in .gz. I installed the Highend.xml file and think it is installed. If this is the cause of my demo import problem, please tell me where to get the highend.xml.gz file.

If this is not the issue (Highend theme seems to be working) but the demo import for Main Demo repeatedly fails. All parts but Appearance individually install and the site shows most of the demo but not all parts.

I contacted my host provider and sent them the Highend Theme files. They also tried and debugged and found (see attached) “Broken Themes. The following themes are installed but incomplete. Name: Documentation Description: Stylesheet is Missing. Name: Highend Demo Import Files Description: Styesheet is Missing. Name: _MACOSX Description: Stylesheet is Missing.”

Please advise on how I can correct this issue. Thank you.
