demo content issues

I have been having this same issue and was thinking it was me…So relieved to hear others were having same problems.
I would really appreciate your guidance as we purchased through ipage host and mojo market place. Ipage had to go in and fix something with mojo. When I download the theme, child, demo content (PC user) they download separately. I had it all up and going but, couldn’t get the demo content to import….tried 5 times….help please and thank you!!!

Please create a new topic and provide your website url, WordPress username and password along with purchase code via private reply (check the “Set as private reply” checkbox at bottom right) so I can install demo for you.
