default sidebar headings color

My background is white in the default sidebar and the headings have also turned white so I can barely see them. I am also having the same issue with my full blog post titles as well. My website is http://www.carolontheroad.com for reference. I would like them to be black and in my preferred font of Quicksand if possible. Thank you!
