Customizing Issue

    When I attempt to use the “Customize” tool, it flashes the options for a moment and then vanishes to only display this: http://s17.postimg.org/abnob2uhr/Cust_issue.jpg

    So I’m unable to customize anything as the options are not there.

    Day 7 of having this issue with no real response. I was able to use the feature before upgrading to the new 2.0 software.

    Can I get a solution to this please?
