Customize panel does not load

I have a new them, still under development, and I have a problem, the customize panel goes not load. I had Blue Host online chat look at it and they said there was some damaged done to the Web page and plugins, after looking at my cPanel I found a error code Help Support ID: D56B609002EC8966B88D740DD408E6FF. The theme has been worked on at the Server and not at home.
