“Customize” Not working

Trying to change various colors on the site by using the “customize” options. It updates while using “Customize” but never updates when I check on the live site.

I can overwrite things in the Custom CSS box under General Settings but I’d like to stick to using the built in “Customize” option.

I’ve tried Clearing Cache, didn’t work.

Please help, thank you
