Customize not showing anything

Dear HB Themes

I was having many problems trying to have the color change. I went to the highend options and set the color manager setting to color customizer and then clicked save changes. I then changed colors on the accent using the customizer and save/publish. I went to my actual page and saw no changes in the color. After several times, the customizer did not show anything appearing on the right. It is really frustrating! I’ve tried everything, including reinstalling the package three times. To no avail.

Please help.
