Customize copyright text area

    I would like to provide a Terms and conditions link as well as a disclaimer link.
    I have the html tag for my terms and conditions page, but I am unsure how to provide a hyperlink called terms and conditions in my copyright text area under highend-options settings. If I cannot do this, can you provide me with a reasonable solution?
