Custom Work Request Not Started

    Hello. My previous work request was completed in December 2017 and I was happy with the work that the developer from your team did.

    The update to the Highend Theme in early February removed some of the customizations that were finalized in December and I submitted another custom work request on February 9th to get this resolved. I received an initial response to my new request and I replied to the developer on February 11th.

    However, I haven’t received another email detailing when the project will begin. I was requesting for this project to be completed in February, but it’s now March and there’s still no update from any developer.

    I also sent a support ticket on Highend Theme. I was told to send a message via chat and I did that. I then sent an additional email to the developer on February 28th. I still have not received any response. Also, my support ticket was closed without anything being resolved.

    I am requesting for someone to review the old customizations on my website and also make some new minor customizations. I would like all these changes to reflect when there is an update to the Highend Theme or WordPress. I would like this to be resolved as soon as possible.
