Custom Post Type

I am using a glossary plugin which I purchased for the Aegaeus theme but the plugin uses a custom post type to display the pages For some reason those pages show up blank when displayed using this theme. Any thoughts? The creator of the plugin said “it seems that your WordPress Theme does not support the single view of custom post types. You can either change the theme or you ask the theme author why custom post types are not supported.”

The name of the plugin is “Encyclopedia Pro” by Dennis Hoppe. We utilize the glossary aspect of the plugin. We have the plugin installed on other themes and we do not have this issue. However in Aegaeus case what happens is you click on a term and then when it goes to display the term definition it is a blank page.
