CSS Updates Not Working

I went into Highend options in the Custom CSS section and removed all the code in there just to see what the site looked like without the customizations. I then pasted back all the custom CSS and now the changes aren’t updating. I have cleared cache and I have my caching pluging disabled. Upon asking other people to view the site, they are also seeing it in its non-customized state. Can you please help?
