CSS to Hide Post Title?

Hello,
I’ve been trying to figure this out on my own but am very stuck. Can someone please help me figure out the code to hide the post title?

I am using the “Extra Classes” feature on my post at the very bottom of the post editor.

What I am trying to do is keep the default Highend page title at the top with the breadcrumbs next to it, but hide the second post title just above the published date, author etc. I would also like to keep that info – I am only trying to hide the second post title.

Can someone please send me the code I would input into the Extra Classes box to make that second title go away?
