Crawl errors in Webmasters tools

Hi again,
This is bit of a weird problem and I’m not sure if it’s related to the theme or not. I have some new crawl errors in Webmasters tools that seem to be being caused by my email address being appended to the end of my URL’s at some stage. Do you have any idea why this would be happening? I’ve never had this problem before. I’ve attached a screenshot so that you can see what I mean. Thanks.
