Countdown Timer not working on mobile

Hello Support Team,

The Countdown Timer is not working on mobile devices. It is not working on my iPhone 6 or on my iPad Mini. All that is displayed are 0’s, and when the page first loads, I get an error message (see attached image). Any suggestions to make it work? Does it not work on mobile for some reason?
