Corporate / One page demo missing from file and demo not importing

Hi!
I bought the Highend WP Theme and I had issues installing the demo content.
First issue I encounter was that the demo file I am actually interested on using is missing from the templates available to install. That is the One page/Corporate.
Then I decided to install the main template, but no matter how many times and completely deleted the actual website to completely start from scratch I kept getting the same error of not being able to install the demo.
I contacted bluehost and they helped me change the settings as suggested for the time out.. that didn’t help either.
I tried installing content one by one.. at one point I was able to install all of them except attachments. When I went to see how the website looked like the site didn’t look like the demo AT ALL.
So I am requesting to provide me with the files to install the demo you are advertising and reason why I bought this template to begin with ONE PAGE CORPORATE and second I request that the files work so I don’t waste more time contacting support and still being unable to install the files.
This is my last attempt to keep the template, otherwise I will just request a refund to buy a new template that actually works.
