Copying a Page

Hello Forum

I recently purchased HB Themes and downloaded the Demo. In the Demo, there was a page named Shop – Left Sidebar that keeps leading me to this URL: http://hb-themes.com/themes/highend_wp/shop/?layout=left-sidebar

This is definitely the page that I want to use, but I cannot copy it or remove the URL from it for our use.

Is this a page that I have to purchase separately?

Why doesn’t HB Themes have a simple Copy or Duplicate Page – Button?
